Caylie Andrews, LICSW
Mansfield

Caylie joined the Be Inspired team in July 2020.  She received her undergraduate degree at Bridgewater State University and her Masters degree in Social Work from Rhode Island College. Caylie has worked with at-risk youth in various different settings including the Department of Youth Services and long and short-term residential care settings.

 

Caylie has worked at The Walden Street School residential program since 2014, starting as a clinician and being promoted to the Assistant Clinical Director in 2016. Caylie specializes in working with children and adolescents in group care settings with significant trauma histories and mental health challenges. She primarily utilizes the ARC framework (Attachment-Regulation-Competency; trauma-informed, components-based intervention) to inform treatment with her clients and caregiving systems. Her specialization in trauma-informed treatment also includes the utilization of techniques and strategies from varying other models, including CBT, therapeutic play, body-based interventions aimed at increasing self-regulatory capacity, and DBT.

Caylie enjoys going out to eat, cooking, and relaxing.
