Jessica Montoya joined the Be Inspired Counseling team in February 2019 and was promoted to Assistant Director in June 2020. She received her undergraduate degree from Suffolk University and her Masters in Mental Health Counseling, with a Specialization in School and Community from Lesley University.

 

Jessica works primarily with clients ages 13 thru adult. Her areas of speciality include adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma. She treats both individual and family systems. Jessica is certified in DBT and incorporates techniques including CBT into her work with her clients.

Jessica enjoys photography, attending music festivals/concerts, and reading poetry.
