  Kim Hogan joined the Be Inspired Counseling team in December of 2020. She received both her BA and M.Ed in mental health from Suffolk University.  Kim went on to obtain her CAGS, also in mental health, from Bridgewater State University.  She has held various positions in the counseling field including academic advisor at Emmanuel College, school based clinician in New Bedford, individual counselor at Whitman Counseling Center and most recently service coordinator with BAMSI Early Intervention.

 

  Kim works with clients ages five through adult with a focus on mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment, parenting, behavior, relationships and trauma.  She incorporates a variety of strategies in her practice including, CBT, strength based, client centered counseling and therapeutic play.

 

  Kim enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her three dogs.  She also enjoys the beach, knitting, reading and spending time outdoors and travel.
